Job Responsibilities
- Attend to service inquiries and provide technical support to broadband customers, including remote troubleshooting and diagnosis
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related technical disciplines with interest in technology
- Experience in an ISP business would be an advantage.
- Good spoken Urdu is required
