| Job Description: |
- Overall supervision and guidance of staff of the Department.
- Hold frequent meetings among the teaching staff to assess progress in teaching schedule.
- Lecture to classes on the related subject according to schedule / time-table.
- To cover up the course curriculum prescribed by the Concerned council / HEC with emphasis on problem based learning
- To maintain the record of students’ academic record of the subject for internal evaluation in the Examinations.
- On clinical side – Regular ward rounds, OPD schedule and Bed side teaching of students. Lectures to ward teaching in the ratio of 30% to 70% (PMDC/HEC).
- To maintain the record of students’ academic record of the subject for internal evaluation in the Examinations.
- To maintain the discipline of the students in the class
- Develop an independent research program in expertise area supported by extramural funding.
- Supervise/ random check of student attendance in classes/ labs/ practical.
- Involve in activities of departmental and University/Campus committees.
- Participate in appropriate scientific, academic and community organizations at local and national level.
- Provide dedicated teaching to professional and graduate students of his/her discipline
- Compliance of instructions, orders and implementation of decisions of the meetings
- To arrange and conduct the terminal /monthly/quarterly class tests and to announce result.
- To attend the meeting of Board of Faculty , IIMC, as and when called,
- Update data in VLE and other required software’s as per requirements.
- To link and inculcate Islamic and ethical values in teaching
