Teknoloje Solutions is rapidly expanding healthcare operations unit in Karachi and seeking experienced medical billing applicants with strong billing and AR background as per the below-mentioned requirements:

• Excellent understanding of insurance procedures and guidelines specially Medicare and Medicaid
• Verification of demographics, insurance eligibility, plan and benefits
• Ensuring quality, timeliness and accuracy in the entire billing process
• Submission of insurance claim as per HCFA billing guidelines
• Analyze clearinghouse, ERA and EOB rejections and providing viable solutions where possible
• Payment Postings, reimbursement & collection analysis and reporting
• Tracking and follow-up for Account Receivables
• Identify and resolve billing issues, denial management and claims follow-up with insurance
• Develop and manage KPIs and dashboards for increasing client satisfaction, outcomes, and retention
• Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting for patients and clinical practices

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years prior experience in US-based Medical Billing domain
• Well versed in verbal and written English communication skills (fluency in English with American accent)
• Good Command over MS Excel, Word and health industry-related software tools
• Excellent Organizational, Analytical skills and ability to adapt to changing situations
• Proven knowledge of basic medical terminologies such as ICD10, CPT, HCPCS, JCAHO etc.
