| Job Description: |
Service Management:
- To perform troubleshooting of different systems for internal and external clients, Provide technical support with respect to configuration, management and upgradation for internal and external clients as per their requirements IN ORDER TO support internal processes and achieve client satisfaction.
Deployment:
- To deploy hardware and software solutions in datacenters as per agreed SLA in order to ensure proper deployment.
POCs (Proof of Concept):
- Study new technologies and do there comparison with existing technologies in order to meet new requirements from clients and to compete in the market.
Client Management:
- Prepare project documentation and presentation, share with client, train them and handover the product IN ORDER ensure smooth transfer of Technology (TOT)
Trainings:
- Train internal and external clients regarding setup configuration in data center, Train internal & external clients about applications and usage, Instruct clients regarding technical configurations if required.
Interdepartmental Coordination:
- To coordinate with Internal IT team with respect to Datacenter support in order to run the services smoothly.
- To coordinate with Professional Services and Software Development teams in case of design level change in hardware/software at clients end in order to meet client’s new requirements.
