| Job Description: |
- To drive existing process improvements in logistics operations
- To perform Quality management and SOP compliance internal audits
- To achieve operational efficiencies through initiating, implementing & executing continuous improvement projects
- To assist ops ex manager in deploying quality management tools/techniques within logistics operations
- To effectively communicate with different operations department for integration & visibility
- To drive lean management practices focusing on process waste reduction
- Training and development of operations on-ground workforce
- Root cause analysis of problems along with generating solutions for avoiding future recurrence.
- Basic knowledge of Quality management tools, 5S, six sigma and lean manufacturing
