Responsibilities:
1- Prepares budget of human resource operations.
2- Compensation & Benefits – Conduct HR Surveys within and outside the industry in order to have competitive market based compensation.
3- Conducts salary surveys within market to determine competitive wage rate.
4- Scheduling and conducting job evaluation.
5- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating & recommending human resource policies and procedures.
6- Imparting professional & technical knowledge by preparing and conducting training.
7- Any other tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
