| Job Description: |
- Advertise vacancies on all major job posting sites, Rozee, Indeed, Olx and on our social media platforms.
- Responsible for generation of related Talent Pools, ensuring the requisite competencies as defined in JDs & JSs of particular positions.
- Responsible for initial shortlisting of candidates, keeping in view the approved competency model (KSA).
- Responsible for onboarding the new joiners, preparation of orientation plans in coordination with functional departments & liaising with various departments for smooth employee assimilation in organizational culture.
- Responsible to keep & analyze important personal data in Personal files & Excel templates.
- Manage all employee engagement activities such as Birthday Celebrations, Birthday Wishes, and Events.
- Coordinate with “Placement Offices” of all universities of Pakistan for “Job Fairs” and “Recruitment Drives” arrangements.
