GKHAIR is a US Hair-care brand with a product presence in 75+ countries. We are looking forward to a potential procurement officer in our Islamabad, Pakistan office; the job requires;

• Coordinate with purchases with suppliers located in China and the Far East.
• Create and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Make professional decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, certification, and logistics data.
• Review and analyze all suppliers, supply, and price options.
• Develop plans for purchasing the supplies and services.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality.
• Arrange the competitive Logistics using the smart metrics for consolidation of material utilizing maximum storage capacity.
• Prepare the documentation for exports such as an invoice and packing list.
• Work with team members and manager to complete duties as needed.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelors
• The Chinese language is a plus
• Excel skills are essential
• Self-motivated
