We are currently looking for an "Inside Sales Representative" for our team. What does a great Inside Sales Representative look like?

A great Inside Sales Representative will work towards proactively looking for leads, generating sales and delivering outstanding customer service while having an aptitude for connecting with customers from diverse backgrounds. She will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate sales and focus on achievement of monthly goals and targets as set by the management

• To ensure that the customer receives excellent customer service

• Answer customer queries and provide information on all available and upcoming products

• Maintain awareness of all promotions and advertisements

• Ensure smooth operations on daily basis and other priorities that may be assigned from time to time by management

• Uphold company’s vision and core values at all times to ensure quality operations

Who are we looking for:

• Educational Requirement: At least Bachelors

• Gender: Females are encouraged to apply

• Work Experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience preferably in customer facing roles. Showroom sales experience will be an added advantage.

• Should have great negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to collaborate with others within the company and externally.

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Being able to work independently with minimal supervision
