| Job Description: |
- Assign duties to warehouse staff accordingly
- Arrange 5 minutes waiting on daily basis at the start of the day
- Ensure 5S in warehouse on daily basis
- Make necessary arrangements to apply seven storage techniques
- To meet warehouse operational standards by implementing procedures, quality and customer service standards.
- Prepare documentation and inventory for GSCS / DPOK audits
- Report the effectiveness of warehouse activities
- Packing of items and correct labelling as per SOPs
- Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area
- Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick up locations, and other locations
- Sort, organize and store inventory in proper location
- Ensure that workplace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from aisles
- Manage SMR’s of damaged / wrong parts.
- Updating of all invoices of IMC in the system
- Prepare plans of Kaizen activities to manage warehouse space
- Recheck quotations / estimates prepared by warehouse assistants.
- Prepare MOC through Genesis / manual procedure accordingly
- Accomplish warehouse and organizational mission by completing related results as needed.
- Coordinate with CFMD and ADM of IMC for parts related issue
- Coordinate with warranty advisors for warranty customers and daily workshop operations.
