| Job Description: |
- Consulting and guiding students on admission-related queries, and following best practices for Admissions procedures by collecting data and information regarding admission.
- Assess student interest, aptitudes, and abilities in order to assist in academic and career planning.
- Managing all workshops. Daily operations, maintenance of the branch, and responsible for all recoveries.
- Handle and process the cases of students with extreme care.
- Keeping and maintaining the documentation related to course content, class schedules, faculty attendance, and records related to student affairs.
- Facilitating and resolving the issues of students and faculty members, managing and leading the team effectively.
- Ensuring the maintenance of high-quality customer care at all times.
- Dedication to other tasks assigned by management, and Preparing monthly reports which will be reviewed by the CEO.
- Ensure that results are measured against standards, while making necessary changes along the way.
