We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of our HR department, including managing employees, hiring, talent acquisition, employee events, representation of the company at events, and managing payroll.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all employee-related matters, including onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and offboarding.
• Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract and acquire top talent.
• Plan, organize and execute employee events and activities to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Represent the company at events, job fairs and other networking opportunities to promote the company's culture and brand.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Manage the employee payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
• Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
