Nutrifactor is looking for"Training Manager"
Responsibilities:
- Make product related up to date presentations from authentic source.
- Training of teams regarding Company products.
- Writing reports, keeping records and managing training budgets.
- Conduct sessions and trainings on different platforms.
- Determining and assessing an organisations training and employee development needs
- Creating training materials and programmes to address specific business objectives
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes
- Keeping up-to-date on the latest training trends, developments and best practices
Note:
- Preferred if have previous experience in FMCG/ Insurance Company (Training)/ pharma related field.
