- Analyze procedures and problems to improve business systems.
- Review system capabilities and workflow, and recommend solutions.
- Responsible for development, documenting and implementing business systems policies and procedures.
- Formulate and define systems scope and objectives.
- Prepare functional system and program specifications.
- Plan communications and information flow.
- Integrate service processes and cost analysis.
- Develop and write program functions and steps required to develop or modify systems.
- Provide testing and debugging.
- Execute test conditions and thoroughly document results/test issues.
