Job Description:

We are a fast-growing business that sells various home decor, kitchen, and furniture items to the local Pakistan market.

We are looking for someone to join us in our office for work in the customer service department

Below is the job description:

Customer Service Tasks:

  • Calling customers to confirm orders
  • Coordinating orders with delivery issues
  • Calling customers who abandoned checkouts
  • Retaining customers by frequent contact
  • Complaints handling
  • Other customer-service related tasks

Social Media Tasks

  • Posting on social media pages of the business
  • Replying to customers' comments on social media pages
  • Replying to customers' messages
  • Other social media handling activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent English writing and grammar skills
  • Bachelors degree
  • Ability to travel to office location in Paragon City

This is an in-office position with timing of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for people who are eager to learn in the early stages of their careers and will be willing to give their fullest to the tasks assigned.
