Below is the job description:
Customer Service Tasks:
- Calling customers to confirm orders
- Coordinating orders with delivery issues
- Calling customers who abandoned checkouts
- Retaining customers by frequent contact
- Complaints handling
- Other customer-service related tasks
Social Media Tasks
- Posting on social media pages of the business
- Replying to customers' comments on social media pages
- Replying to customers' messages
- Other social media handling activities
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent English writing and grammar skills
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to travel to office location in Paragon City
This is an in-office position with timing of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
