| Job Description: |
- Should have 1-3 years of experience in the field of human resources
- Shall be coordinating with hiring managers to ensure job requirements
- Will be responsible for building applicant pipeline by researching appropriate recruiting sources and contacting qualified candidates
- Must have experience of conducting interviews and assessing applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Knowledge of developing and updating job descriptions/ job specifications will be necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity of HR routine tasks and weekly record maintenance will be required
