Job Description: |
1. Business / Operating Results
- Maintaining close liaison with Business Department for identification of training needs
- Conducting timely research of the financial industry (Best market practices, trends & latest banking regulations etc.)
- Working on special Projects on need basis (Islamic Banking etc.)
- Arranging focus group meetings with external trainers & Industry experts
- Preparing customized trainings according to banks' needs
- Determine operational compliance with regulations or standards
- Reviewing training material provided by the trainers and suggesting improvment etc.
- Developing assesmensts/tests as and when required
- Developing monthly/quarterly training calender and training contents
- Ensure effective execution of trainings
- Preparation of Training Flyers with the help of publications department
2. Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customized training solutions
- Customer needs assessment to meet quality standards
- Coordinate with SBP, SECP, FMU and Banking Mohtasib for feedback on trainings
- Coordinate with academics, business, publications and IT departments
