Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure consistency in sales/growth and target achievement. Ensure effective market return control. Develop and monitor monthly/quarterly targets. Ensure timely communication of targets at all relevant levels. Manage customer outstanding through ensuring timely collections. Develop and implement business plans. Drive initiatives to expand sales. Provide strategic inputs for marketing plans. Implement effective controls over market returns Ensure effective business development in small areas. Responsible for personal and professional development of his team. Provide sales forecast on quarterly basis keeping in view the past history, current trend and company growth plans. Facilitate customers in order to produce best possible ROI (Return On Investment). Providing real time information & analysis to marketing & trade marketing departments. Implementation of Effective Controls and adherence to all company principles and policies Build Strong and Mutually Beneficial relationship with Key customers
