Purpose of the Position:
Assistant Finance Manager will be responsible to handle the company financial activities with highest level of financial accountability and responsibility. Proven experience of using Quickbooks as financial management software is a MUST.
Main Responsibilities of the Position:
· Experience as assistant finance manager having strong command on quick book financial accounting.
· Complete understanding of TAXATION and CUSTOM DUTIES.
· Prepare vouchers and assign entries to proper accounts
· Manual and computerize reporting
· Ability to coordinate with diverse teams/cost centers, updated tax related knowledge.
· Budget management and compliance with Masters in Finance or equivalent degree.
· Exposure to development work is required.
Skills Required:
· Expertise in Quickbooks.
· Complete understanding of TAXATION and CUSTOM DUTIES.
· Well versed with financial accounting systems with proven track record.
· Expertise in MS Office.
· Ability to work under pressure and adjust to new working condition.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in report writing and documentation.
· Strong written and oral communication.
· Self-motivated with good organizational, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
· Reliable, efficient and responsible.
