Job Responsibility:

• Courier and Mail Management.
• Record Keeping.
• Admin work includes completion, maintaining and organizing all the records and files, courier and mails.
• Handling visitors with professional etiquette.
• Assist in implementing policies and procedures.
• Manage all administrative affairs for the office.
• Plans coordinate and ensure the schedule is followed and respected.
• Other duties that is required in the line with nature of the administrative/ assistant role.

Requirements:

• Self-motivation and ability to work on multiple tasks;
• Ability to work independently or as part of team with minimum supervision.
• Preferably must have her own conveyance.
