• Assist the HOD in annual activity and events planning exclusive to MPO
• Responsible for all on- and off-campus recruitment events including employer presentations, tests, interviews, all-day recruitment etc.

• Placement office website maintenance and development
• Spearhead networking nights.
• Actively lead and contribute to meetings for dissemination of information, discussing trends and challenges, sharing of best practices, and rolling out new initiatives.
• Cultivate and maintain a positive team environment within the department as well as across the university as a whole.
• Maintain student placement records and reports in accordance with Standards of Accreditation.
• Assist students with job skills that will allow them to be successful in their job search, including resume writing; interviewing; job search strategies. Maximizes online resources, social media, and other connections for career support to students.
• Initiate and maintain recruiting relationships with employers for job and internships
