An international organization is looking for office executive for Islamabad office. The position is based in Islamabad and will be filled on immediate basis. The candidate should be local from the surrounding areas with reliable transportation. Preference will be given to those who are familiar with social media marketing tools and experience in office administration/ management. 

Responsibilities 

• Creating the packing list of existing and the newly arrived products
• Sharing the packing lists with the clients through social media tools
• Updating the catalogue for the existing stock with item description, specifications and prices
• Creating a database of customers (both existing and potential)
• Updating the database as per the clients' requirements
• Sharing the client required items and preparing quotations via email and WhatsApp etc.
• Updating the catalogue with product features, specifications, functions and prices when required
• Follow up with the identified clients in close consultation with sales and marketing team
• Identifying the targeted clients through social media i.e. Facebook and internet etc.
• Record keeping of the set ups/facilities equipped and upgraded by company
• Follow up with vendors for the promotional materials i.e. brochures, leaflets and stickers etc.
• Record keeping of the clients identified through field visits by the sales and marketing representatives
