Job Description:

The Campus Incharge is responsible for overall governance,leadership and direction of the school affairs and its staff in the development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive educational program.

Leadership and strategic Direction

· Continues improvement in operation of school.

· Be up-to-date about practice and techniques related to school program, teaching and administration by attending meeting and professional development programs, and reading professional materials.

School Organization

· Be responsible for the preparation of timetable, class lists, schedules and supervision of schedules.

· Staff supervision and Assessment

· The Campus Inchrage is responsible for the daily supervision of the schools and its students.

· To handle responsibility for the development and conduct of orientation program for the new inductees.

Skill Required:

Good communication Skill both written and spoken strong and persuasive personality

Good planning and organizing skills

Excellent computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential.
