Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Works in collaboration with management teams, other managers, implements company’s policies, plans and strategies, improves operational procedures, enhances work quality, regulates standardized flow of work activities and ensures full execution of operational processes and workflows.

 

Job Duties:

Primary duties for the role of operation manager include:

 

•         Accomplish operations successfully keeping in view the company’s policies objectives and goals.

•         Monitors operational teams, controls and disciplines them and keeps working in compliance.

•         Improves quality, efficiency and effectiveness of work flow processes and operational activities by suggesting and introducing new tools, processes and ensures enhanced results in terms of quality and quantity.

•         Leads, motivates and directs teams and subordinates, maintains a safe, healthy and positive work environment.

•         Assists in operations of IT general management and HRM.

•         Communicates all policies, procedures and standards to the employees, regulates their compliance and ensures implementation.

•         Is the point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders including customers,  third parties focal persons, subordinates, top management and other managers.

•         Works closely with the CEO and other managers for policy development and process improvement.

•         Presents reports in the meetings and takes follow up actions.

•         Is capable of managing any other related tasks assigned.

 

Pre Requisites

 

Minimum Qualification

 

BBA / MBA in operation management or management.

 

Minimum Experience

3 years

Skills Required

 

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Excellent presentation skills

·         Excellent grip on MS Office tools

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Team management skills  

·         Ability to meet targets

·         Ability to meet deadlines

·         Ability to take challenges  

·         Highly motivated
