2. Ensure effective hiring, orientation training development of sale staff.
3. Prepare monthly/quarterly and annually sale forecast.
4. Manage to meet/exceed monthly/quarterly and annually sale forecast.
5. Critically analyses the market and suggest various strategy to meet the target on quarterly basis
6. To undertake the development of the annual communication strategy in line with marketing standards & business development strategy of the following key revenue procuring divisions, along with assisting in the management of the events & entertainment, promotions & festivals, lifestyles & recreation activities, and wedding & banqueting. This includes development of required collaterals for the above.
7. These Heads will build their teams in regions & report to management about business performance.

B.B.A Hon's Marketing, MBA (Marketing) or Marketing Management Related Degree from reputable Universities/Institutions.
