We are looking to hire Area Sales Manager (Lubricants)

• Should have experience of sales, client development and recovery.
• Develop and nurture a high energy collaborative growth culture among sales team.
• Monthly Orders forecasting and achievements of targets.
• Participate in key Sales Calls with Account Managers/ Territory Managers.
• Create a culture of accountability and support the "One Team" culture
• Achieving budgeted sales of the JBL’s portfolio within the assigned sales territory
• Establishing and expanding customer base by making direct sales calls (phone or physical) and following up regularly
• Tracking and reporting all project and target customer activity, sales opportunities and competitors’ activity within the assigned territory and products lines
• Developing fiscal year sales forecasts and territory development plans
• Conducting sales presentations and participating in joint sales calls with other company sales personnel to promote product and to maintain good customer relations
