| Job Description: |
- Manages Systems Infrastructure team functionally as well as administratively.
- Responsible to plan, direct, and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity to ensure stable operation of the organization.
- Responsible for both Primary / Production and DR Server related Services.
- Responsible to design, plan, coordinate and implement the system architecture meeting the Bank’s requirement.
- Responsible to manage the Active Directory Forest Services.
- Management of Microsoft Exchange Servers and Services.
- Management of Microsoft Virtualization (Hyper-V) and Physical System environment.
- Management of Microsoft based Servers, Linux Servers, IIS/FTP Servers, KMS Server, Antivirus Server, File Servers, Print Servers, Microsoft System Center, Management of Storage (SAN/NAS).
- Management of Hardware including HP Servers, HP Enclosures, HP/IBM Storage etc.
- Management of Service Level Agreements and Software Licensing Agreements (like HP Umbrella, Microsoft etc.)
- Ensure equipment and software operation adheres to applicable policies, laws and regulations.
- Responsible to regularly review, update, maintain and implement Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) pertaining to domain area.
- Ensure that Strategies and Policies are implemented in true spirit.
- Keeps fully abreast of trend and changing technologies as they relate to IT Standards.
- Support BCP Team to manage Disaster Recovery related plan.
- Responsible for IT Audit Compliance.
