Abasyn University of Management Science was established in the year 1999 at Peshawar, and offered Bachelor and Master Degree Programs in Management and Computer Sciences in affiliation with reputed Universities of the Province. Students, both male and female numbering many hundreds having graduated from the Institute is now serving various organizations creditably.

Based on its performance as an Institute for more than nine years, Abasyn University, Peshawar, was chartered, by the Government of NWFP (Pakistan) as a Private University on 1st December, 2007.

The Higher Education Commission of Pakistan, Islamabad, recognizes Abasyn as category W (corresponding to previous A) University as evident from HEC letter annexed to this brief. Abasyn is the first University in the North West Frontier Province of Pakistan having been placed in this highest category.

The University is offering (1) MS to Ph.D (Education), (2) master of Education, and (3) Bachelor of Education, (4) Bachelor, Master and M.S. programs in Management Sciences.
