- Assist the COO in planning, organizing, and executing task and projects related to job domain of COO, Islamic Financing, microfinancing and liaison with LOLC Group.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor task/project progress and identify potential risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments within the Bank and Colombo.
- Coordinate with LOLC companies in other countries to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Research and analyze new trends and opportunities within the microfinance industry.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, key performance indicators, and recommendations.
- Provide analysis and insights on market trends and industry developments.
