We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in civil engineering to lead and manage large-scale infrastructure and construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of hands-on project management experience and demonstrate a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

   Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

   Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to guarantee construction standards are met or exceeded.

   Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

   Contractor Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

   Contract Management: Get quotations, review them, prepare contracts, and ensure proper signing.

   Labor Payment Verification: Collect labor payment data from sites and verify payments as per contract terms.

   Coordination with Procurement: Assist in vendor selection, preparation of CS and WOs, and specifications.

   Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.

   Reporting: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and proposed solutions.

    Site Audits: Visit sites to check progress, verify work orders (WOs), and validate bills.

Qualifications:

  Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
