Job Description

• Develop and implement multi-channel marketing and communication strategies.
• Design monthly content calendars and lead digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage the Shifa Foundation\\\'s presence on social media and ensure SEO best practices.
• Create compelling Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials (blogs, reels, infographics, newsletters).
• Maintain and regularly update website content.
• Analyze communication metrics and prepare strategic reports.
• Liaise with media, donors, and partners to enhance organizational visibility.
• Coordinate branding and communication support for events and campaigns.
•  Prepare donor stories, newsletters, success stories, and press releases.
•  Support concept note and proposal development with program teams.
•  Handle event photography and videography and maintain a digital content library.
• Assist the executive director with communication needs, including presentations.
• Lead online fundraising, engagement drives, and brand visibility campaigns.
• Monitor trends in online donations and donor engagement.
