We intend to coach all children under 18 in the city of Lahore. Right now, Pakistan is on the cusp of a football revolution as many European-led grassroots projects are coming through, and Legends Academy aims to be at the forefront of this.  

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service by answering parent queries in person and providing clear, helpful information.

• Provide administrative support to the CEO and ensure all assigned office-based and external tasks are completed accurately and within set deadlines.

• Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

• Handle payments from parents, issue invoices, and keep proper financial records in coordination with the finance team.

• Manage kits and handle inventory, including stock checks, ordering supplies, and ensuring items are well-organized and tracked.

• Handle physical bookings and registrations at the academy front desk.

• Maintain records of parent communication, feedback, and involvement to support continuous improvement of our processes.

• Assist in organizing internal events, workshops, and meetings for staff or parents when required.

Additional:

• Provide exceptional, friendly and human customer service at all times. You are the Director of First Impressions at Legends Academy Pakistan

• Develop and maintain effective and positive working relationships with all partners, ensuring exemplary representation of Legends Academy Pakistan.

• Be proactive in promoting Legends Academy Pakistan activities within each venue, building relationships with children, parents and teachers, and developing our business portfolio. 

• Work with all staff members to ensure a cohesive and happy environment throughout the company.

• Work on short-notice.

• Abide by the guidelines laid out by management.

• Confidence in commanding the conversation with parents and kids

• Ability to work towards set, short and long-term targets 

• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to adapt to new environments

• Ability to work on one’s own initiative and plan and manage workload

Qualifications:

• Bachelors from a decent standard university in any related subject (Prerequisite)

• Full I.T. literacy – word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook (Prerequisite)

• Fluent English spoken and written level. (Prerequisite)

• Full driving license. (Prerequisite)

• Relevant degree preferable (Business, Marketing, Accounting)
