Job Description:

The HR Recruitment Officer is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting and candidate sourcing to onboarding and workforce planning. The role ensures the company attracts, hires, and retains qualified employees while maintaining compliance with HR standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities


Recruitment & Selection




  • Develop and post job advertisements across relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, etc.).




  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct preliminary interviews.




  • Coordinate with departmental heads to define role requirements and hiring criteria.




  • Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.




  • Maintain a candidate database and pipeline for current and future hiring needs.




  • Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and manage onboarding documentation.




Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition




  • Promote the organization’s employer brand through job fairs, social media, and university outreach programs.




  • Collaborate with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional networks to attract top talent.




  • Assist in developing creative recruitment campaigns aligned with company culture and values.




Onboarding & Employee Integration




  • Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees.




  • Conduct orientation sessions and ensure all joining formalities are completed.




  • Coordinate with relevant departments for IT setup, workspace allocation, and training schedules.




HR Reporting & Documentation




  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and reports.




  • Track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rate.




  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and DRAP/PPRA
