We are looking for Admin for our Pakistan Petroleum Limited project in Sindh.

Office Management:

• Overseeing daily office operations.
• Ensuring office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained.
• Managing office budgets and expenses.

· Administrative Support:

• Providing administrative support to senior executives.
• Handling correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
• Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.

·  Records and Documentation:

• Maintaining accurate and organized records and filing systems.
• Managing databases and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Preparing and processing invoices, memos, and other documents.

·  Customer Service:

• Addressing client and customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.

·  IT and Technical Support:

• Liaising with IT support to resolve technical issues.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of office technology and equipment.

·  Facilities Management:

• Overseeing the maintenance and security of office premises.
• Coordinating with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.

·  Miscellaneous Tasks:

• Performing other duties as assigned by senior management.
• Assisting with special projects and tasks as needed.
